Thanks for all your advice, support and Chizuk. It's sometimes necessary to have a bucket of cold water thrown in your face and be slapped a couple of times when you're on the brink and wavering, lol.

I've been trying to find you and contact you for some time now, but you've finally come to me, how convenient and coincidental  ;D.

I wanted to ask you about your sleep-bating experiences because I'm battling that problem as well. In the past year, I would start masturbating whilst half-asleep in bed and take it to the point of no return.

However, recently I've managed to realise what I've been doing and and stop before I wasted seed. Are there any other tips you could give me, bc you seem to have advanced further in this struggle than I have.

Simple question,why does Parshas Bamidbar always precede the Yom Tov Shavuos?

The medrash tells us that Torah needs 3 attributes fire water and
Midbar a desert

Ok bards you really answered the question

Midbar signifies the total mesiras nefesh and total trust in Hashem

These two components are soooo necessary to Kabbalas Hatorah

In order for us to have a fighting chance in this war against our evil
inclination. We need these 2 elements mesiras nefesh yes self
sacrifice. Trust Hashem

Will you see immediate results?? Maybe not. That is the reason we
count sefira to remind us it is a process and its one day at a time.

Like the Jews in the desert. We "keep on trucking".
