So you need some trucking ideas. i guess it all depended on your driving some just need headlights and wipers, while others might need fog lights and extra mirrors for precautions. regardless... just keep on trucking
As for me I find the taphsic  (www.guardyoureyes.org/?p=2451) method to work out great. I'm adding some rules while I'm on the road (only to make it harder for me to make an accident) Meaning your insurance rate will heavily go up if you are involved in an accident. They are constantly monitoring your driving and adjust it accordingly. The better you drive the more restrictions they put... Ironically, I thing its the best insurance "not" to fall

The last few days - although I mannaged to stay clean- I could really do much better. this was due to mainly because -and while- watching not so clean movies. So I'm adding now to the taphsic list the following. If I choose to watch a movie based on "anything but clean" even just regular romance, I'll have to pay

May i diagnose you as not focusing enough at "one day at a time" ?

Who cares how you will act tomorrow ? or next week ? in the long run ? forever ?

I dont care, today is by me 96 and i only care that i should make it through today. Today is pretty easy as for the moment, if its get diifficult, i would only do it at 1 hour at a time and even only 10 minutes at a time.

I will worry about tomorrow, tomorrow iy"h. Right now, i might act out tomorrow once and maybe 96 times to back for the last 96 days. i really dont care what will ahppen. TODAY i will NOT with the help from Hoshem.

So, drop the worry and keep on trucking. it will be much easier.

Just to jump in on a chizuk bandwagon: I wanted to copy and paste every single of the responses to your plight, YSB, just so I can get a bit of this chizuk myself. Stay around, keep on trucking, keep posting, and eat lunch. I find the latter to be especially valuable, since a lot of our emotional turmoil comes on an empty stomach:)

hi guys i'm having a rough time in the street thing, i have been in a place (against my will) that there and many tests its hard to get through it, i try hard but sometimes find my self taking a tiny peek(maybe more then a tiny one) I'LL KEEP ON TRUCKING BUT COULD USE ENCOURAGEMENT!

In my opinion, the only focus we should have now, is to get clean from now on, from this minute and on. I don't care at the moment of anything in the past. Hoshem, will have to please wait for that, once i will have 2 -3 years of being fully clean. I will start the real teshuva process. (don'rt even klnow what that is, will make research in 2 3/4 years from now iy"H) I'm not capable from handling this at the moment.

The Rabe will come in here soon and say "Fell Shmell" - "Keep on trucking". So until the Reba stops in take it form me.

Listen, the main thing to focus on now is about to keep on trucking. Pick yourself up and go on. Lets start again, with new Kobulas and with Hoshems help, you will suceed.

This is very normal, we all get this a few times during the time we get clean. Its reccomened that you spend sometime here on the forum, to post. Check out the fun threads here, yet, it can help change your mood. If you can connect to some people here by PM, Chat, talk, meet.

(I don't imagine my truck as an 18 wheeler, mine is more like one of those monster trucks with the 6 foot tires, churning through the deep mud and crushing old cars)
