I had an amazing test tonight.I was in the mood to go on a walk on a public street and look around. I stopped myself by reminding myself that its so stupid and not worth it. especially tonight after making a siyum on masechet Eruvin. As i turned around I literally saw a girl in a bathing suit top across the street.I DID NOT take a second look.  it was so hard but really like i said its so stupid. I wont get anything out of it . she is just a person, her own streesors and things going on.she isnt interested in me and im not interested in her. A quick look means nothing. And i walked away praying to hashem.
