Hi,
Let go and let G-d means we remember we are not in control. Addict need to be in control we crave it. We get better by trusting, giving up control and letting Hashem (G-d) run the world. We also ask Him to take away our lust when we have an urge

If it gets hard it means that you are healing, i guess and it also means that something really nice will happen, if you can just give your life over to Hashem, for only this day!
