anyway, so I was going to the gra not long ago and passed by chabad, but i think it was too early for them to have a minyan...
and then at the gra, it took a while to gather ten and i was losing my faith in the shteiblech in Yerushalayim... no minyan at such a time?!
couldn't be..., after some waiting we had a gevaldig shacharis and at the end of davening....

you are going to the wrong places!!!
first of all the ultimate minyan factory is zichron moshe by kikar shabbos.they have marriv till like 10 minutes before alos
then u got the mir shteible.u never wait for than half a minute for a minyan.
the kosel obviously.
even the central bus station is pretty constant even though its only room for one minyan (though they do make them outside sometimes if theyre in a rush and there are lots of people)
