Sorry to hear. I hope you're doing okay.

For me this is actually the second time I'm being sponsored for this 90-day thing; I flopped the first time (and a few more times afterwards).

After each fall, I looked deeper into myself and found yet another motive for acting out. Eventually I dug up some real core issues, which made the struggle overall much easier (though I still have some moments that are really hard).
