This is not an approbation to your method...... I did not say that 'praying' for her worked.

It was 'thinking what to pray for' that which gave my mind something else to think about other than her body.

It is extremely hard to 'not think of something'. My mind doesn't have an OFF switch. I cannot stop thinking. What happened to me was that my mind became occupied with thinking about something other than her body.....
