We know that Am Yisrael are not under מזל like the rest
of the nations of the world. We are the Am Segula! The
treasured nation of Hashem. Instead of Mazal, Hashem
gave us the greatest gift imaginable — the Torah!

The gematria of mazal, 77,  is the same as עז. Chazal
tell us that the word עז means the Torah. When we ask
Hashem to bless all of Yisrael in Tefila with Oz and
Shalom we mean Torah and Peace.

מזל is Roshe Tevot Motsi Zera Levatella. Am Yisrael are
not bound by their lust and animalistic desire for peritsut.
We are Hashem's Chosen Nation!

He gave us the Torah to go above and beyond out natural
tendencies and desires. It is up to us to add the Torah
(the medicine) to our arsenal and Bezrat Hashem we
should be able to conquer our yester hara in the zecut of
the Torah, Amen!

Edit: Wow! You were right, it makes 
a big difference!

Also, and this is totally your decision, it might be a better idea
to keep one thread for all of your divrei Torah,
instead of starting a new thread for each one.
That way, they will all be in one place
and not get spread out and "lost in the crowd"
of the many threads on the forum.

It will also be way easier for you or anyone else to read
and catch up on several posts at once.
