Hey Parev! Just to add to what R' CO said, "horrified" is one of the YH's tricks, at least in my experience. First you're horrified, then disappointed in yourself, then it's "well if I'm on such a low מדריגה that this is my thought process, I must be really lost. May as well.."

My brain is a bit of a fog, but I know its important to journal and get honest
1] Still in bed [3:50 pm]
2] wanted to catch the 8:00 shacharis but woke up at 8:12..
3] from there things went downhill
4] 11:00 - thought to go to kosel or kever rochel, but wife was displeasing
5] turned over [again]
6] here we are...
In the interim I watched news, some shiurim/inspirational clips [kosher '9 bav' movies]
surfed GYE
Unsure of my next step....

I didn't message the woman that is coming to Israel on wednesday [I was hoping her ticket was canceled, but she booked El Al...]
So besides for shema I think that's all the good I did today...

1-12steps OFFLINE Junior Boarder Posts: 20	that's what the 10-11 steps are for. identifying issues and DEALING with them.... ...until you regain SCERENITY. that's what they taught me when i was leaning how to do the steps. allowing hashem or someone else to SOLVE our problems, and thus we don't need to "detach" of 'run from our problems' remember, lust is not the problem, it's only the symptom (and a crappy 'solution' to stress)
