I cant give you much advice. I can say: STOP!!!!! Deep breath, come on do it with me! You don't have to quit your job. You are doing really good!!! Just take a deep breath. Everything will be ok.

You are not going to change overnight. Gradual change, thats all and it appears that you are doing much better. Have you reached out at all? To people here at GYE? like on the chat and what not?
