I just read the whole shakla v'taryah between the kallah and her lucky chasan. And I have such a feeling of - triumph. Such - triumph of the human spirit, triumph of emes , triumph of depth and realness in such a shallow world, that we all have to lurk in the shadows to speak openly and honestly. And one brave Kallah managed to push it out into the open, and enjoy the light that shrivels up all dark things.
I wish I had the words that were worthy of this zivug. I wish I had the brachos to give - but have not chazal already solved this dilemna in brachos? Ilan Ilan B'Mah Avarechecha! But this is how GYE changes Khal Yisrael; from the shadows - building mispachos ground up, rebuilding famillies ground up, and eventually we can all feel the light.
Chazal teach us at the begining of sotah - קשה זיוגים כקריעת ים סוף - then, is it not time for Shiras HaYam? Indeed, that seems to have been the Kallahs situation exactly - the Mitzriyam behind, animals on the side, endless mountains on another - and then...the sea splits!
