Hi friend, and welcome to the forum!
I wouldn't take medical advice from anyone here: we don't know you and you don't know us. I did follow the link you posted (never seen it before) and here is my idea based solely on reviewing the info on GYE/Medical tips:
I can't imagine that a herbal supplement could be harmful, so unless it gives you an upset stomach, it's probably safe to try. For anything else, including Nitrite (which can give you kidney damage) I would definitely talk to a real ( not internet) doctor, someone with experience in sexual obsessions and accountability.
But I think the main point is this:
Often in our condition, we long for a magic pill that will cure us once and for all. The good news is, there ain't no such thing. It's good news, because it means that with G-d's help, you can stay obsession-free for the rest of your life, without depending on your prescription running out.
Please stay around here and research this site for myriads of tools that have proved helpful to tons of people, without resorting to drugging your system.
If you think your case is unique, I would encourage you to share your story with us, and after we compare notes, I'm sure you'll find yourself in like-minded company.
Hatzlocho,
Mottel
