so I'm really tempted to accept defeat.  It's been a really hard 4 days and I've done well, but the desire is building up SOO much.  Half of me wants to look and half wants to act.  I dont even want to act for pleasure, just to get rid of the desire.  Everyone I look at is looked at with lust.  I'm so tempted to click on links I know will bring me somewhere bad.  I found a catalog with pictures in the bathroom and debated calling it quits there.  My yetzer hara is an inferno right now.  help....

Luria - that is a major part, but actually I meant on a spiritual level - even if we don't know about other people's efforts for us, I think that the effort that they put in makes a difference in a spiritual sense. do you find that alcohol lowers my immunity to  lust? i find sometimes my sexual sobiety is affected by alcohol, but my life hasnt become unmanageable thru booze. All im saying is that once my inhibitions have been lowered, the computer in the corner of the room suddenly seems easier to approach...and hey guess what? nice hours later im still looking at porn!
