Car ride, stand-up comedy, sushi, phone call with ZalmanDovid who was just breaking thru his thing, too. I suppose you could call this 'kosher fun,' altho I've got to take the Rambam's view that the cheeseburgers smell great and I only stay away because He says so. As for Dov's view (I think) to stay away because it makes life unworkable, well I'm not at that madreiga yet.

heard a story about a guy who was sitting on the top of a building threating to JUMP!!!

when the police came - they started to talk to the guy... pretty sad story...the guy would not come in.. they tried everything they could think of..

and then they had an idea...

they told the guy...you see that reflection coming from donw below...
(yes, he answered)

the police told him - there was crazy guy on the street who heard your story, and he has threatened to chop down this building with the knife in his hand, if the guy on the edge jumped.

the police convinced the guy on the edge of the building that the guy on the street was serious and would really chop down the building ... because HE was really crazy!!!

and that would mean a lot of innnocent people getting hurt!!!

the guy came inside.

do I need to threaten to do something REALLY crazy?? like poke my way through my screen with my fork and rip out everyones internet connection preventing them from loggin onto GYE???

think about how many lives are in YOUR hand!!!
