Maybe AA should stop by him!
Seriously - allow me to explain the chochma of the rebbe:
We often take ourselves and our tzoress way too seriously. That is what l'chaim's are made for!
If you are an alcoholic, make it on sprite!
If you are diabetic, make it on diet sprite!
If you are neither but just stuck up, make it whatever the rebbe gives you!
The ikkar is to be mesameyach with our chelek, no matter what. That's why we are supposed to accept daled misos beis din during sh'ma - look at the tzetel koton - accepting Hashem (in the most complete way) means giving it all up for His sake all the time. Wowee. What freedom. And for small folks like me, it just means acceptance of my chelek. For me, that's a huge surrender itself! Nu. You gotta start somewhere!
After a little acceptance, it immediately and always becomes a lot easier to take life on Hashem's schedule rather than demanding that it be on ours.
And that clears away most of our troubles, right there.
(BTW, see AA referring to steps 3 & 9 ".....immediately we felt.....blah, blah, etc." ....along these same lines).
L'Chayim!!
