just found out i did poorly on another test. this one was super easy. somehow i found a way to mess up again.
i feel stupid again. back to where i started. i feel like nothing i do ever works. i want to slip up very badly. i think i might slip soon. i cant take this anymore. my life looks like a total faluire

I Almost Fell!!!!

Although going strong for 28 days now I almost just lost it due to “a regular everyday news story”. As I was logging on to my email account there was a story about a controversial picture on the front cover of a magazine. Out of habit I clicked on it, but soon came to my senses before going down the slippery slope. The Y”H is amazing, somehow he was able to handpick Senator McCain’s running mate.  Just think for a second how much time, effort, and months in planning he put into getting me back on board. WOW!!!!.
B”H Although I came close to throwing in the towel (I believe this was my closet call), I am glad and lucky that Hashem is on my side and I was able to walk away.

Sorry to hear about your fall luria. But please dont give up. We all lose battles so we can win the war. You gotta jst brush yourself off and keep on trucking. Look for the reasons why you fell and try to be more aware of them next time. I try to study my patterns although i dont always have a logical reason behind them. Like my monday thing. Dont know why but i just notice i fll alot on mondays. So i try to take extra caution. Today was and is really hard but im trying to make it through.
