everyone just tries to give over things that worked for them.
different people have diff things that save them when they feel the noose...
Some read the handbook...
Some talk to Hashem...
Some call a friend...
Some go for a walk....

I see that uve found jewish videos helpful.me too to a large extent.
Find what works for u and write it down.
Usually we need soemthing that interests us,even when our mind is on ***

i can't take it anymore! i hate this part of me! wasting my time! making me do stupid things! I'm still trying to break my filter! somebody call me stupid! i wasted another hour tonite on nothing!!!! nobody be nice to me ! call me an idiot ! please somebody smack me! i'm about to go out to selichos and i'm trying to bust my filter even on a high level just to get some skin fix!!! AAAAAHHHH!!! i know my attitude stinks!! (read the GYE attitude handbook!!) i need some tough love .

lamed vavnik, we all know exactly how you suffer so we can't look down at you...that being said, bards is right, youve got to recognize that youre being pulled by the ear by this addiction..it is your addiction that you should look down upon in disgust..there is nothing in those 0s and 1s that will benefit you...you will only be dragged further down this tunnel you hate...please know that if you fall it will take you all of .9 seconds to regret it...stand tall..you took some punches but keep your legs and keep swinging...rosh hashana is here and thats when the bell rings...
