Often, a spouse comes to therapy feeling demoralized, blaming herself for her husband's problem and feels it's her responsibility to fix it.

My role as a therapist is to guide the spouse in shifting from overly focusing on her husband's behavior, into focusing on letting go of control and developing a new relationship with self and higher power.

By using 12 Steps support, step by step, my guidance helps clients to develop inner strength, so she can be there for herself and her family in a new, healthier way.
