Psychology practice at major hospitals in Canada, Israel. Published researcher in diverse medical and scientific journals. Supervision from Dr. Joseph Nicolosi, and regular supervisory groups with psychologists and other experts on sex-related addictions and attraction issues.
Among my Israel clients, most are Orthodox Jews, although from a range of backgrounds, but I also have a lot of non-Orthodox Jews and a variety of non-Jews from different countries whom I work with on the phone or Skype.
In my experience, lust addiction stems largely from a kind of inner restlessness that is related very much to how one views himself. Often I find that my clients with lust addictions are people with very high, noble aspirations, and because their "acting out" is so contrary to their values it's really destroying their sense of self.
Attraction issues are a particular speciality I deal with, which I approach with a diverse array of therapeutic techniques within a narrative framework.
I regularly lecture and lead workshops in hospitals and rabbinic counselling programs, particularly with regards to SSA.
