Approach to recovery All personal devices need to have good filtering software (I use GenTech Solutions). Taking away easy access is absolutely necessary. Using GYE's forum both posting and reading helps to take away the shame and normalize struggle. That takes off the burden and allows for success to develop. I don't believe in all or nothing. Lowering the frequency of which someone views pornography and/or masturbates is a success.
