Additional info I tried to stop many times and was unsuccesful staying stopped
Story I have been suffering from this addiction since I was a teenager. I am able to stop looking at smut for 2, 3, 4 and 5 weeks at a time but feelings of depression and lack of worth (yetzer hora) have always struck me down. I genuinely believe that with some encouragement I can turn those3/4/5 weeks of abstinence into long term achievements.
