This program utilizes small financial incentives as encouragement. It is grounded in the proven method of Contingency Management, enhanced by genuine care and accountability from mentors. It's designed for multiple rounds for those needing further encouragement, ensuring long-term success and well-being. Mentors are trained to speak with spouses where necessary, helping a bochur get back on track in yeshiva, and in dealing with the many underlying issues triggering their negative behaviors.
