Sorry to hear that it's going tough.
Do you try at least to push off the acting out for some time? If not, please make a commitment to try this. Even if it's for 15 minutes (or less) , at least you can prove to yourself that you CAN be strong and it's also very special to Hashem, every second of kedusha is special and will be rewarded, beyond our imagination.
