Some really great stuff here!

I think Cordnoy really agrees about the teshuvah point. Cordnoy correct me if I am wrong... Just when your living such a real and true life like I am sure after four years of working the program Cordnoy is, then teshuvah is also so real that it takes a lifetime and means an honest to Hashem work through of the steps of teshuvah that manifest itself in being so close to Hashem that you actually feel disgusted and embarrassed by previous actions. I know personally while I am making big strides in working on these areas I also feel like its not my fault and I am just doing the best I can. Real Teshuvah should involve me taking full responsibility for my actions.

Also still want to hear a response about when the program comes before religion...

Not even close, huh?

So do you think you are no closer to repentance than four years ago?

It's just counterproductive to view change as teshuva for people who internally spit on themselves for desiring things like p***

But I think the problem is in people's brains. HKBH probably views teshuva as enlightened self interest, because He's so rational, and because He has tremendous respect for what we think.

I hope that was intelligible somehow, I'm going to stop now ...

II did עזיבת החטא  (mainly).

I have חרטה (somewhat).

I haveI said וידוי (but I did more cryin' when I was actively pornin').

I have not been  מקבל על העתיד (more than the next hour).

I don't really have the יגון and צער for the שכינה.

I like the place I'm in though, and I can't afford beatin' myself up regardin' the past.
